This hotel is a true gem! The rooms offer a stunning outside jacuzzi with a clear view of the volcano, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The service is impeccable, with excellent room service, housekeeping, and a welcome drink upon arrival. The location is simply magical, nestled in a wonderful tropical garden and offering easy access to the national park. The dining experience is delightful, serving the most juicy and incredible fruit. The facilities are top-notch, providing everything you need for a perfect stay.
